Our facilities allow us to take full responsibility when manufacturing those bespoke items needed for the more unique fittings.
Managing Director
Darren's position is at the helm of SBS, ensuring the day to day running of the business with a particular emphasis on sales and business development.
He makes certain that the business continues to grow by way of developing new clients, raising the profile of the company whilst maintaining its existing customer base. In his role, Darren oversees projects from the conception through to completion, ensuring that each project is completed to the best standards the industry can offer.
Darren is in charge of several projects at all times. He is the first point of contact for members of the public, clients, site managers and sub-contractors for as long as a contract lasts.
Health and safety issues are a top priority and also keeping clients expectations up is essential. Planning critical dates, agreeing contracts and offering advice to each client. A role offering a wide variety of day to day tasks.
Manufacturing Director
As Manufacturing Director at SBS Shopfitters, Paul oversees all manufacturing operations to ensure production meets the required deadlines, quality standards and operational budgets.
Controlling all the production environments, Paul ensures everything produced meets the standards to produce safe, quality products as well as implementing quality control programs and policies.
Site Director
As site director Kevin is responsible for planning and managing all construction activities based out of the office.
Kevin oversees all projects running simultaneously for SBS Shopfitters by being site based, this includes managing health and safety, managing progress and keeping each project on course for achieving the agreed completion dates.
Each site manager for SBS will report into him with all information for each different project.
